Our project management service can be tailored to your individual requirements and we can provide that vital link between you and the contractors. With over half a dozen projects already completed from total reforms of villas and apartments, to smaller projects such as new bathrooms, and kitchens, or even re-decorating and general maintenance, we can assist you from start to finish.
We provide regular progress reports so the owner doesn’t feel out of touch with their project while they’re away from the island. The contractors can then concentrate on getting the job done in the knowledge that, through us, the owner is being kept informed and decisions can be made to avoid costly and time consuming delays.
